Procedural Guide

This manual outlines the procedures related to the administration of proposals and awards for externally sponsored research authorized through the Office of Research Services (ORS). It outlines the services offered through the ORS, identifies the roles and responsibilities associated with these procedures, and provides for general proposal submission and acceptance policies. The purpose of these procedures is to help ensure that all proposals and awards conform to sponsor requirements and are consistent with The University of Oklahoma's policies and sound fiscal practices.
