Accessing Cayuse SP

Cayuse SP has been set up to allow OU faculty, staff and affiliates to log in with their OUNet ID and password. This process is similar to how you access OU systems like email, etc.
  1. Go to https://ou.cayuse424.com (link opens in a new window)
  2. On the login page:
    • Enter your OUNet ID (example: smit1234) in the Username field
    • Enter your password in the Password field
    • Click the Login button
  3. Upon successfully logging in, you will be automatically directed to the Cayuse SP system

Users without an OU Account

New Faculty/Staff Members

New faculty and staff members should talk to their hiring department to ensure an ePAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) has been submitted to HR. An OU account will get created once the ePAF has been processed. Departments should contact HR for assistance with the ePAF process.

OU Affiliaites (non-OU Employees)

OU Affiliates who do not get paid through the University of Oklahoma do not automatically receive an OU account. An OU department working with affiliates needing access to the Cayuse SP system must request a temporary OU account. They can do this by following the steps below:
  1. Go to http://itscnorman.ou.edu/portfolio/account-request/
  2. Click the Request tab
  3. For a new Exception Account, click the Exception Account button and fill out the form
  4. To renew an existing Exception account, click the Renew/Delete Account button and fill out the form
